UDP Auto is a B2B SaaS platform for the automotive industry. It gives distributors and dealers a no-code system to build and manage their own branded sales websites. As the platform grew, the interface couldn't keep pace — what once worked for a smaller product looked out of place against the enterprise-level clients it was serving.

The visual language was inconsistent across modules. The interface felt dated, which undercut the platform's perceived value. There was no unified UI system — every new feature added visual noise instead of building on something coherent. Layout hierarchy was fragmented, and complex states and configurations had no structured presentation.

I started with discovery meetings with the team to understand what the platform needed to do — technically and commercially. From there, I conducted a full interface audit, mapping existing inconsistencies and establishing a clear visual direction before touching anything. I designed the complete UI kit and all responsive specifications, which the development team then built from. Throughout the process, we stayed in close contact — adjusting features in real time so the final platform held together as a coherent whole, not a collection of separate screens.

The platform came out with a visual system that finally matched its scale. Structure and consistency improved across the board, and the perceived quality of the product rose with it. What started as a redesign grew into a long-term collaboration — extending across additional platform development, marketing materials, corporate rebranding, and website refinement.
